Our interview process
Your interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your unique skill set and experience, and what impact you can have at Downer Professional Services.
During your interview, we’ll ask both general and behavioural questions. You’ll also be encouraged to ask us some questions so you can better understand us too. You may then be asked to join us for a second interview.
