Applying for a role with us

No. At Downer Professional Services we are always keen to hear from you as you master new skills and experience.

Yes. We believe in placing you in the best job that fits your skills.

When you apply for a role you will need to provide a resume (preferably 2-3 pages).

We will endeavour to respond to your application within five to ten business days.

You can log back into your profile and update your details at any time.

Yes. We want candidates to provide us with the most up-to-date information so that we can find the best role to fit your skills.  Simply log back into your profile and upload your new resume.

So, you’ve submitted your application. What’s next?

We will be in touch to discuss the outcome of your application.  You can expect an email or a phone call.

Simply log back into your profile and you will be able to view your application status.

Within 5 to 10 business days.

Yes. You will receive an email.

Our interview process

Your interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your unique skill set and experience, and what impact you can have at Downer Professional Services.

During your interview, we’ll ask both general and behavioural questions. You’ll also be encouraged to ask us some questions so you can better understand us too. You may then be asked to join us for a second interview. This is all part of our commitment to ensuring the role is right for you, and you for it, because we are determined to set you up for a successful career at Downer Professional Services.

Should you have any specific requirements to allow you to fully participate in the interview process, please do not hesitate to reach out to your recruiter to let them know.
